    -Mr. Berg of Los Angeles will be replacing George H. Binkley as Chief Engineer for the Chandler Improvement Company.  For the last two years, he was chief engineer of the Palo Verde Valley Mutual Water Company of Palo Verde, California.  Prior to that for six years he was working for the Southern Pacific.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)

    -Mr. Berg has rented the home of William Clemens for the season, and will be bringing his family here shortly.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/9/1913)

    -Mr. Berg is taking bids for digging the trenches and installing the new water works system.  Most of the material has been ordered, and once the bids are let the work will begin.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/16/1913)

    -Mr. Berg was the one who decided to use the Beyerle Machine Shops in Mesa instead of shipping the pumps to the coast.
