    -H. Callahan and Claude Hanna have bought the fixtures and reopened the pool hall formerly operated by G.H. Glancey.  They have added a fine line of cigars, tobaccos, and some confections. 

    They are very popular and well known men in Chandler.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/24/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan, contractor and builder, will begin building a $2500 bungalow on Arizona Avenue on land one block past the Chandler school.  The structure will be of a Swiss Chalet style with shakes siding and white asbestos roof.

    He has rented the residence to Russell Halstead for one year, and with a force of men will push it to completion as rapidly as possible.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/24/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan attended an informal "500" party thrown by Louise Kohlmeyer at the Wolf home.  Others at the party included Grace and Ruth Johnson, Paul Johnson, S. Darrow, and Claude Hanna.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/31/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan and his partner, Claude Hanna, have installed Donofrios ice cream at the pool hall.  They also have installed an ice cooler.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/4/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan was supposed to be a witness in the trial against J.R. Halstead for bootlegging.  The case was dropped before witnesses were called.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/11/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan and Joe Cashman barged into the Chandler Arizonan to complain that the editor didn't mention Kansas City, Missouri, serves the best ice cream in the country.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/11/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan was at a party of the Little Moonbeams at the home of G.R. Johnson on Wednesday night.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/25/1913)

    -A meeting of the Little Moonbeams was held last week at the Johnson's home.  They played "500," and had a light lunch afterwards.  Others who attended were Lester Jaycox, Louise Kohlmeyer, Will Moore, Lee S. Parke, and Ruth, Grace, and Paul Johnson.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan attended a surprise birthday party for Paul Johnson, last Thursday.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/30/1913)

    -Mr. Callahan is the sole owner of the Chandler Pool Hall after buying out Claude Hanna.  He plans to run the place in the same manner, and has hired David Crisp to help out. 

    Callahan and Hanna had been running the pool hall together since last fall, and have owned it since December.  (Chandler Arizonan 7/18/1913)
